Now that quite some time has passed with no sign of Hideki’s whereabouts and little evidence he was ever here, apart from his now-flaccid balloon art, it’s as if he never existed. He left behind a mountain of personal debt, several puzzled friends (at least, those he didn’t completely alienate) and disappointed fans.
One question lingers in the minds of those whose lives he touched (and those to whom he owes money): where the hell is Hideki?
